5 tips to maximize value with the right learning concept
1. Find out what learners know, feel and do
Most learning and development managers are happy with just knowing how many learners completed a training course and how they rated the experience. But a learning program can deliver far more insights. A smart learning concept can include analytics that show the learners’ challenges, opportunities, and ideas for improvements. Digital learning can use the collective brainpower of your organization to see opportunities for growth that otherwise would remain hidden. The right learning concept gives you an opportunity to understand more about your learners’ reality.
2. Reduce time spent on training
Can an instructor-led training of 2 days be shortened to 4 hours? In our experience, yes!
