Navigating the Techstorm - Innovation workshop

What is it?

An off-the-shelf innovation workshop for teams of 4–12 people, led by a digital facilitator and guided by the insights of tech investor and futurist Nicklas Bergman.

In just one 3 hour session, your team will:

  • Identify the most relevant emerging technologies for your business.

  • Assess how those technologies impact your customers, operations, and competition.

  • Prioritise where to act – and how.

  • Create a clear, shared action plan.

Two weeks later, a 1.5-hour follow-up helps you track progress and set your next steps.

As a group organiser, you’ll get started with just 10 minutes of preparation – no external facilitator needed. Press play and start turning technology insights into business value!

How it works

No external facilitator needed. One team member acts as group organiser, setting time and place—Dina, the video-filmed guide, does the rest.

You get:

  • Sequenced interactive exercises with built-in facilitation, timers and instructions.

  • AI-guided and personalised support.

  • Pre-work for each participant (15 mins).

  • Access to your team’s results after the session.

  • Interactive and connected activities with data-sharing between participants.

This collaborative innovation workshop can be run in person or online, although in-person is recommended for best results.

What's included?

  • Pre-recorded video guidance from Nicklas Bergman and facilitator Dina.

  • Techstorm 3-step method: Analyze – Assess – Adapt.

  • Exploration of the top 42 emerging technologies from the latest Techstorm Forecast.

  • Context from global megatrends (Demographics, Environment, Economics).

  • Strategic tools: Uncertainty matrix, Techstorm forecast and more.

  • Interactive and connected activities with data-sharing between participants.

  • AI assistant during exercises.

  • Personalised configuration, checklists and email templates.
