Data privacy is very important to us. For each title we identify what kind of personal data we store and for what purposes. This is clearly defined in the data privacy agreement between us and our clients. We always anonymise all user data after an agreed period of time.

Cyber security is a top priority. We use industry-standard security protocols and follows the practice of the ISO27001 standard. This includes yearly penetration tests performed by a third party. Through a Cyber security assessment, our clients can verify that Funkis Cloud is a safe and secure environment for their organisation’s activities and user data.

Yes. All our corporate clients use SSO for their users. When no log in is required,  Funkis Cloud will be invisible for the users.

When the solution is up and running we agree with our client on the level of support needed for titles on Funkis Cloud. Based on these requirements, we set up a SLA – a Support Level Agreement. The unplanned downtime for Funkis Cloud is close to 0.0%.

It is a straightforward task to manage participants, groups and sessions in Funkis Cloud. Assign a training admin to pre-organise participants in groups or let team leaders invite their team members themselves. Another option is to organise participants in the LMS, export and import to Funkis Cloud.  

In Funkis Platform we use AI to support participants during learning activities. Thanks to server-to-server communication, Funkis Cloud can use our clients’ sandboxed AI for the best security.
