Client's challenge:
Create a comprehensive leadership program reaching 4,000 managers with different levels of experience, all across the globe. Support them on a journey from seeking perfection to embracing agility. From getting things done to helping the team get things done. From management to leadership. And make it simple to roll out, with no need to train or hire trainers.
Our solution:
Deliver a comprehensive, five-part program that combines self-study, targeted workshops, and hands-on practise. And make it scalable and let the learners run it themselves.
We designed a program for peer groups, where leaders explore four fundamental leadership skills with people they don’t normally work with. And we put the focus on knowledge sharing, learning from each other’s experiences and solving problems together. This let us take the learners’ mix of skill levels and turn it into a strength.
To make it practical and drive change, not just learning, we ended every session by letting the peer group define behaviours to practise based on the workshop theme. And we encouraged them to follow up and network, to build real connections and reinforce the change.
