Introduction

Welcome to Funkis Workshop! We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal information when you use our Service.

Data Controller

The data controller responsible for processing your personal data is Funkis Multimedia AB, registered at Södra vägen 16, S-411 16, Göteborg, Sweden. You can contact us at info@funkismultimedia.se for any questions regarding this Privacy Policy.

Personal Data We Collect

During your use of Funkis Workshop, we may collect the following types of personal data:

  • Contact Information: Email address provided by the Buyer or Participant.
  • User Input: Comments, contributions, and ideas shared during workshop activities.

Purpose of Data Collection and Use

We collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Providing the Service: To give you access to and support your participation in Funkis Workshop.
  • Analytics and Improvement: To analyse anonymised input data to improve the Service, create insights, and build knowledge that benefits other participants.
  • Communication: To send relevant information regarding the workshop, such as reminders and access details.

Data Anonymization

Your input (e.g., ideas, comments, and contributions) during the workshop may be anonymised and used for data analytics purposes. Anonymization means that any personal identifiers (such as your email address or name) will be removed, and the data will no longer be attributable to you as an individual. This anonymised data will be stored and used to enhance the value of the workshop for future participants and to fulfill our purpose of making the world a better place through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Data Retention and Removal

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet our legal obligations. However, you have the right to request the removal or anonymization of your data at any time. We offer four options for managing your personal data:

1. Anonymise the data you’ve contributed to in a session: This will remove any identifiers from your contributions in a specific workshop, making it impossible to link the data to you.

2. Erase the data you’ve contributed to in a session: This will permanently delete your contributions for a specific workshop.

3. Anonymise the data you’ve contributed to all sessions you have participated in: This will anonymise your input from all past workshops, ensuring it cannot be linked back to you.

4. Erase your profile and the data you’ve contributed to all events you have participated in: This will permanently delete your profile and all associated input data from our systems.

To exercise any of these options, please contact us at info@funkismultimedia.se.

Data Sharing and Third-Party Access

We do not share your personal data with third parties unless it is necessary for providing the Service (e.g., IT providers) or required by law. When data is shared, we ensure that appropriate data protection agreements are in place.
