What is Funkis Cloud?
A SaaS (Software-as-a-service) for hosting learning progammes. The unique features of Funkis Cloud includes data sharing between participants and activities. Funkis Cloud only hosts programmes (or titles as we call them), developed using Funkis Authoring Tool.
How do you address data privacy?
Data privacy is very important to us. For each title we identify what kind of personal data we store and for what purposes. This is clearly defined in the data privacy agreement between us and our clients. We always anonymise all user data after an agreed period of time.
How do you handle cyber security?
Cyber security is a top priority. We use industry-standard security protocols and follows the practice of the ISO27001 standard. This includes yearly penetration tests performed by a third party. Through a Cyber security assessment, our clients can verify that Funkis Cloud is a safe and secure environment for their organisation’s activities and user data.
Do you offer Single Sign-on?
Yes. All our corporate clients use SSO for their users. When no log in is required, Funkis Cloud will be invisible for the users.
How do you handle support?
When the solution is up and running we agree with our client on the level of support needed for titles on Funkis Cloud. Based on these requirements, we set up a SLA – a Support Level Agreement. The unplanned downtime for Funkis Cloud is close to 0.0%.
How do I manage the participants using Funkis Cloud?
It is a straightforward task to manage participants, groups and sessions in Funkis Cloud. Assign a training admin to pre-organise participants in groups or let team leaders invite their team members themselves. Another option is to organise participants in the LMS, export and import to Funkis Cloud.
What kind of AI functionality does Funkis Cloud offer?
In Funkis Platform we use AI to support participants during learning activities. Thanks to server-to-server communication, Funkis Cloud can use our clients’ sandboxed AI for the best security.
Can Funkis Cloud talk to our LMS?
Yes. Integration between Funkis Cloud and a Learning Management System (LMS) is crucial for many programmes, especially when reporting user progress. There are different ways to do this and together with our clients, we choose what’s most appropriate.
