Learn as a group
We bring groups together. In our workshops, there’s always a goal everyone is working towards, together – an action plan, a new guiding star, or new behaviours. We avoid teaching individuals complex, confusing theory – we make it practical and relatable and get groups to share and use their new knowledge and the wisdom they already have.
Go on a journey and practice
We often build workshops and self-studies into a journey where everyone reflects on their own, discusses and shares with the group, and follows up on the outcomes.
